Preparing you for an OFSTED Inspection

All organisations receiving government funding for the delivery of Skills and Employability training for 14-19 and adult skills are subject to OFSTED inspections.  In addition these organisations are expected to produce an annual Self Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan or similar document as part of the organisation’s continuous improvement cycle.

Bringing our experience to you

We arrange an initial meeting to gain an understanding of your business, to ascertain the purpose of the review and to agree some clear objectives. Following the meeting we aim to provide a clear outline of the activities required as part of the review with specific timelines for each in a detailed proposal.

The process

Once engaged we will aim to conduct the review at the earliest opportunity. Upon completion of your organisations review a full report will summarise findings, including our provisional grading, recommendations and proposed implementation plans which we can also support you with.
